ICI Homes has announced model homes at Oakmont are complete and open to the public.

Oakmont, Gainesville’s newest master-planned community, has several model homes available for homebuyers to visit. Oakmont builders include ICI Homes; Arthur Rutenberg Homes; Barry Bullard Homes; Jeffrey M. Wilde; Tommy Waters Custom Homes; and Tommy Williams Homes.

“We are thrilled about the activity at Oakmont,” said David Haas, Chief Development Officer, ICI Homes. “The community as a whole has received great interest and we are working to complete the 27 homes already under construction to meet the demand of our homebuyers.”

In addition, Oakmont is a participant in the 2015 Builders Association of North Central Florida Parade of Homes where nine homes will be open for viewing. The event, April 11-12 and April 18-19, invites prospective homebuyers to tour merchandised model homes.

“With 142 added home sites in progress as part of phase two of the development process and the new model homes, visitors to Oakmont will get a sense of what Oakmont is and will offer its residents,” said Haas.

Plans range in size from 1,500 square feet to 10,000-square feet. Single family homes start from the low $200s and custom estate homes start from the low $400s to more than $2 million.

Oakmont sits on 556-acres of gentle hills with playground areas, walking paths and towering live oak trees throughout its lush landscape and is in a prime Gainesville location for those who treasure green space, cherish an active lifestyle and appreciate the great outdoors. Its amenities are focused around an impressive Resident Club, which will house a state-of-the-art fitness center and grand gathering room, as well as tennis courts, an amphitheater, a basketball court, resort-style swimming pool with lap lanes and a multi-purpose field.

Located less than 15 minutes to the University of Florida, 10 minutes to I-75 and near major shopping, parks and recreational areas, Oakmont is located at 11619 Southwest 24th Avenue in Gainesville, Fla. For more information, call (844) 886-4579.
